Josh Erb

Josh Erb has been with aii for 20 years. He began his career with the company in the mechanical insulation division, later moving to insulator foreman. Josh then transferred to the environmental division, becoming an asbestos supervisor, then project manager, leading the environmental division for the last 10 years.

Josh’s certifications include: OSHA 10 Training, Class II Asbestos Supervisor, AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector, Lead based Paint Supervisor, Lead Paint Risk Assessor, and Microbial Remediation Supervisor. His responsibilities include managing day to day operations of all environmental activities (asbestos, lead, mold ) at aii, including project bidding, oversight, contract negotiations, company safety compliance, management of all workers certifications and renewals, sampling, testing , and all OSHA, EPA, KDHE compliance. Josh enjoys meeting with customers, building relationships, and finding solutions for their projects.

Josh grew up in Hesston, Kansas, before moving to Manhattan in 2000. He is a graduate of Hesston High and Newton Vo-Tech. Josh enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and boating with family.
